This is eating me alive!! And, I don't know why...
Is it okay to be attracted toward younger guys? That sounds absolutely pathetic, at least to me it did
So this year I became really good friends with this girl, and as the months accumulated, secrets were shared, smiles spread and before I knew it, I had made myself a new best friend:)
Ha and this best friend likes a younger guy, and to me that sounded weird. So when she first told me I questioned her, asking in shock how she could even consider it?! But after endless games of ping pong in gym, where we do more talking then anything else, I would hear about how much she likes him. About how sweet he is, and if I didn't know any better, I would have guessed that she was talking about a junior in our school. So does age really even matter? What happens if you laid in bed, starring at your ceiling sleepless, because you can't get him off your mind? Would age keep you from falling love?
The more relative question would be, would you take him/her to prom? All kidding aside, I personally would feel like it'd be like taking my brother to prom, but that is because I'm afraid of love in life. Is there a fine line between liking someone and wanting to date them? I need these questions answered, not for me, just because I wonder. I wonder why it's okay for a senior guy to date a freshman girl (true story) by why it's not okay for a senior girl to date a freshman guy (cougar)!?! Would any of you date a younger person? Are you afraid, I would be - I am.

ReplyDeletewatch what you post on the internet...have you ever thought that maybe your friends don't want you posting their personal lives on a public blog? yeah...i'd delete this post if i were you....
ReplyDeletethis is ridiculous.. are you serious? leave your friend alone.
ReplyDeletethis might have been the dumbest thing ive ever read.... youre not gossip girl and you should proofread things before you post them for the world to see:)
ReplyDeleteIf it's so dumb don't read it. My friends like my blogs and know about what I'm posting. It's people like all of you, that turn it into something it's not suppose to be. Sorry.
ReplyDeletei love it how you guys are slating this, but yet you continue to read it....
ReplyDeletewell my boyfriend is 2 & 1/2 years younger than me... just saying
ReplyDeletewell, all i'm saying is you should probably ask your friends' permission before you bash their private lives.. they didn't sign up for this.
ReplyDeleteNo where in this blog am I bashing people that date younger guys, if you think I am, read it again. Good for you if you're dating a younger guy, all I said was, is that I would be afraid to, I never ever stated that it was a bad thing; I commended the person for liking a younger guy. Read this blog again, no where NO WHERE did I mention liking/or dating a younger guy was bad or wrong or whatever else you people are saying. The only reason the person got upset about this was the initial comment that was posted, and that was a joke by A FRIEND. So all you people that are yelling at me, get your facts straight, because the person I am talking about, liked the blog until OUR friend made a JOKE about it. They were getting a friendly laugh, no harsh intentions were intended...
ReplyDeleteand where exactly did you commend this person..?
ReplyDeleteeverywhere, i never make fun of them, i basically blame myself for being afraid...
ReplyDeleteand whoever this is, the person that feels the need to religiously check this YOU need to get your facts straight; this was all because of A JOKE. So you obviously have NO idea what you're talking about, thank you very much.
if you want to be a journalist, you'd better make it clear what you're trying to say in a piece of writing..
ReplyDeleteI am clear, it's the comment that messed everything up. By the way, if you want to trash something, and try and say that I'm wrong...get your facts straight, because that comment was a joke by a friend, like I have mentioned several, several times.
